Ryan Lam

Performances:

Ryan Lam, a French horn and piano player from Hong Kong, started learning the piano at the age of six. He played piano accompaniment for his secondary school choirs during his studies, where he performed in several choir competitions such as the World Choir Games and Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod. While Lam started playing French horn at 12, he continued to play as a piano accompanist and in chamber music groups. 

Lam obtained his Bachelor of Music from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2010, and his master degree from Koninklijk Conservatorium Den Haag in 2022 Summer. He is now a freelance horn player and the pianist of Tutea, a fusion ensemble created by a group of Asian musicians to promote music culture from Asia in the Netherlands.
